Orders placed by 2 pm PST will be shipped out the same day.
FedEx and UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd day are not available during Saturdays, Sundays, and FedEx and UPS holidays. For example, if you placed your order for Next Day on a Friday, you will get it on Monday.
COD shipments are handled by UPS.
Priority Mail packages are NOT guaranteed delivery.
All the packaging process is videotaped.
We have no fulfillment on Saturdays.
We are closed on all federal holidays and no packages will be shipped.
We mail no solicitation or advertisement to your mailing address.
Packages used are discreet and crush-proof.
Boxes and packages used will not indicate about the content of the package for US deliveries.
